As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-driven Construction Administrative Coordinator to strengthen our project support and ensure seamless operations across multiple job sites.
Position Overview
As our Construction Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping projects on track by managing communications, documentation, and material coordination. This position is key in supporting our field supervisors, streamlining workflows, and ensuring accurate and timely project execution.
What You’ll Do
Manage daily communications with vendors, store managers, and internal teams
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and schedules for multiple job sites
Track and update project schedules, change orders, and delivery timelines
Maintain digital records of job documentation, permits, and correspondence
Prepare and manage Excel spreadsheets for budgets, material logs, and project tracking
Support field supervisors by handling administrative and communication tasks
Assist with onboarding documentation and aligning internal processes
Identify and escalate delays, discrepancies, or communication gaps
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of administrative experience in construction or a related industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with material ordering and vendor coordination preferred
