The Opportunity: Construction General Manager
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Integrator to serve as our operational partner in business operations. This is a key leadership position designed for someone who thrives on clarity, accountability, and creating alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and proactive-someone who can translate vision into measurable results while building systems that support long-term growth and success.

You'll play a central role in driving operational excellence across departments, overseeing financial health, and fostering a strong, values-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead with Clarity: Own the business rhythm by facilitating Leadership meetings, aligning departmental priorities, and ensuring focus on quarterly rocks.
• Connect the Team: Champion cross-functional collaboration across sales, construction, marketing, and administration, fostering a culture rooted in service, respect, and empathy.
• Drive Execution: Turn long-term objectives into actionable quarterly priorities, track progress, and remove obstacles.
• Own the Numbers: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to support profitability and long-term planning.
• Elevate the Culture: Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and developing a team that reflects our commitment to continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
• Build Better Systems: Improve and maintain repeatable systems and processes that uphold our rigorous attention to detail and client-first mindset.

What You Bring

• Proven success in a General Manager, COO, or Director of Operations role- ideally in a growing construction, real estate, or luxury service business.
• Strong financial literacy and comfort with P&L, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Natural leadership and communication skills with a calm, proactive approach.
• Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a big plus, but not required.
• A growth mindset, openness to new ideas, and a passion for creative problem-solving.
• High follow-through, systems thinking, and a strong sense of personal accountability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $110,000-$130,000
• Performance Bonus: Based on company KPIs
