Construction Skilled Laborer

Pay : $20/hour

Location : Ephrata, PA

Job Description

Join our team as a Field Technician, where you will be installing concrete walls for new building constructions. Start your day at our shop, prepping with the crew and ensuring all materials are ready. Travel time to job sites is compensated, and you will work under the guidance of a foreman. Job sites you will travel to will be located within Lancaster and Berks county.

*Typical start time is between 5:30am - 6am to be at the shop to get ready for the day. Shop is located in Ephrata, PA*

Responsibilities

• Prep the installation area and load materials.
• Move and shovel materials as needed.
• Set walls in place, sealing joints and corners with a caulk gun.
• Tighten bolts with wrenches and ensure walls are level and plumb.
• Assist in site cleanup and removal of trash.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ephrata, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
