Job Description

Aquatic Development Inc. looking for a highly motivated and hospitality-driven Pool Construction worker to fill one of the positions (service technician, working supervisor or pool cleaner) on our team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7AM-5PM


• Weekends, overnights and travel are required as needed


• Pay Range: Competitive pay starting at $20 an hour based on experience with earned time off

DUTIES

• You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including supervising a team of 6-8, construction, demo, power washing, loading and unloading vehicles, acid washing, skimming and vacuuming the pool, cleaning tiles and ladders, and other related duties.


• Utilize power tools and hand tools for constructing pool structures


• Build and plumb pool systems, including filtration and drainage components


• Maintain water chemistry and filtration system to ensure optimal pool conditions.


• Repair and replace pool parts such as pumps, filters, and ladders.


• Conduct inspections of pools for safety and perform necessary repairs.


• Recommend and perform regular pool maintenance tasks.

SKILLS

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Proven experience in swimming pool repair and maintenance.


• Knowledge of pool chemicals and balancing techniques.


• Ability to identify and repair pool-related issues.


• Familiarity with pool safety regulations.


• Capability to lift and transport heavy equipment.


• Possession of a valid driver's license is Required with a clean driving record
