We work nationwide, supporting military bases, airports, government facilities, and commercial clients with precision, professionalism, and integrity. Position Overview This is not a typical construction laborer or installer role. As a Construction Leadman you’ll work on concrete, mechanical, and electromechanical systems, performing hands-on installation, assembly, and maintenance work across the country. Think of it as a blend of construction, concrete, millwright, and field service work — with every project offering new challenges and no two days are the same. What Sets This Role Apart Travel the U.S. – Work in unique, high-security locations across the country All expenses paid – Company covers flights, hotels, and transportation Daily per diem – Meals & incidental costs covered while traveling Hands-on variety – Concrete, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Job security – Work that supports national security and infrastructure Full benefits package What You’ll Do Concrete Construction – Forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, demolition, rebar tying, and form building Excavation & Site Prep – Operating basic equipment, preparing foundations, grading, and ensuring site readiness Mechanical Installation / Millwright Work – Rigging, aligning, moving and installing large components and machinery Plumbing & Electrical Basics – Drainage installation, conduit work, wire pulling Hydraulic systems – Assisting with installation, setup, and troubleshooting (training provided) General Construction & Carpentry – Multi-trade support across projects including framing, assembly, and demolition Safety & Compliance – Following OSHA and site-specific procedures at all times Millwright skills – machinery moving, alignment, installation, and maintenance (a plus) Travel Nationwide – Working on secure government and commercial sites across the U.S. What We’re Looking For Experience in concrete, mechanical, civil, or related construction work Hands-on skills with tools, rigging, and equipment Ability to travel nationwide for extended projects (weekends and nights possible) Valid Driver’s License – Real ID required Clear background for secure site access (military bases, government facilities) Team player with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Customer service mindset – professional, reliable, and respectful on client sites Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000/year (based on skills and experience) Full Benefits Package Includes: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance; Life & Disability Insurance; 401(k) Retirement Plan; Health Savings Account (HSA); Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Holidays; Paid Parental Leave; Company-provided tools; Per diem for meals & incidentals during travel; All travel & lodging expenses paid Why Join Synergetic At Synergetic, you’ll be part of a small, growing team that values skill, dedication, and problem-solving.
