The Client:
A well-established commercial General Contractor based in Fort Lauderdale, delivering ground-up and interior build-out projects across South Florida. Known for quality workmanship, long-standing client relationships, and a strong pipeline of repeat business.
The Projects:
You’ll support a range of commercial construction projects, including office, retail, restaurants, and more builds throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Projects typically range from $2M–$30M, with multiple active jobsites at any given time.
The Role:
Our client is looking for an ambitious Project Coordinator to join their team and support day-to-day project operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their construction career. Our client is a small to medium sized GC, meaning the right candidate will have the chance to work directly with the decision makers. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is strongly preferred, and prior industry experience will be viewed positively — but it is not mandatory.
