What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Create engaging and high-quality video, audio, and multimedia content that supports training initiatives
  • Develop visual and written materials such as instructional guides and eLearning modules to enhance agent learning
  • Utilize video editing software to produce professional-quality video content aligned with training goals
  • Oversee multiple media projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of materials
  • Assess the effectiveness of media materials by gathering feedback and making revisions as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Media Production, or a related area
  • 2-5 years of experience in instructional design or training development
  • Experience working in a contact center environment is preferred
  • Experience in multimedia content creation (videos, eLearning, job aids)
  • Proven background in project coordination
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • ATD, Articulate, and PMP certifications are a plus
  • Experience in multimedia content creation for training purposes
