We are seeking a creative individual with an interest in writing and marketing to fulfill the role of a Copywriter. This position requires knowledge of copywriting, content creation, branding, and basic marketing & writing concepts. The successful candidate will use their passion and skill to create engaging and informational content based on a client’s creative strategy, clearly communicating messages and developing visitor engagement. The copywriter will work under the direction of the Director of Search Marketing and will be involved in all phases of the web copy process, including writing headlines, body copy for websites, blogs, and articles, and ensuring search engine optimization in collaboration with SEO and web teams. Job Responsibilities Assist with creating overall content strategies for clients Research industry trends and insights to write engaging web copy Research & write informational blogs & articles Learn on-page SEO basics Ensure client messages, products, or services are well-communicated, consistent, and aligned with business goals Collaborate with SEO and Web teams to create engaging and concise copy Use Google Drive daily Use Monday.com for project management daily Qualifications 2-6 years of copywriting experience Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to write in various brand voices and styles Excellent written and communication skills with knowledge of web writing and basic on-page SEO Detailed proofreading skills Desire for knowledge and growth Strong attention to detail Good time management skills to meet deadlines Own laptop/desktop computer BA/BS or equivalent Salary
