Schedule: Sunday–Saturday (varied shifts)

Position Summary:

We are seeking dependable and professional Pick-Up and Delivery Package Couriers to join our team. Couriers are responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient delivery and collection of packages to and from residential, commercial, and industrial locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company-provided vehicles including sprinter vans and straight trucks.
• Pick up and deliver packages in assigned areas with accuracy and care.
• Ensure proper handling and secure loading/unloading of freight.
• Obtain recipient signatures and complete delivery documentation using handheld devices.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Maintain route efficiency while adhering to all traffic and company safety regulations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or damage.
• Represent Lloyd Logistics professionally and courteously in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL not required for vans; CDL preferred for straight trucks).
• 1+ year of delivery or courier experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways and navigation tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
