Position: Kajabi Creative Content Specialist & Video Editor 
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Working Hours: 8am-5pm US EST 
Salary Range: $2.500 - $3.000 USD monthly (based on experience)

Our client offers a broad range of services, including less-than-truckload (LTL) and full-truckload (TL) freight, refrigerated and temperature-controlled shipping, expedited/high-priority delivery, and intermodal transport (door-to-door, coast-to-coast, cross-border).

 

About the Role

Are you a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for content creation, strong copywriting skills, and a knack for light video editing? Mughal Growth Partners is seeking a "creative all-rounder" to build the content foundation of our brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, has a speed bias, and is eager to learn and manage their own workflow.

 

  Duties and responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Content Derivatives

• Perform light video and creative edits on existing footage.
• Accurately trim heads and tails, add burned-in captions, and export vertical or horizontal
• cuts as required.
• Prepare short-form derivatives (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) from longer recordings, optimizing
• them for maximum engagement on each platform.
• Manage a fast-paced queue of video projects with efficiency and accuracy.
  
   

2. Copywriting & Graphic Design

• Utilize excellent written English and platform-native copy skills to create engaging content.
• Design and create eye-catching thumbnails and simple graphics that strictly adhere to brand
• guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all visual and written content is high-quality and on-brand.

3. Course Platform Management (Kajabi)

• Build and update courses in Kajabi , including setting up
• modules, lessons, content uploads, and gated downloads.
• Implement simple automation within the course platform.
• Coordinate the setup of landing pages, drip schedules, coupon codes, and checkout flows
• for product launches.

 

Requirements

• Creative All-Rounder: Proven skills in video editing, copywriting, and graphic design to support a rapidly scaling content ecosystem.
• High Ownership Mindset: A strong bias for speed, clear communication, and follow- through on all tasks and projects.
• Self-Managed & Eager to Learn: Must be a highly independent worker who can take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and actively seek out new skills and knowledge.

 

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with Kajabi platform is essential.
• Stable internet connection, reliable hardware, and comfort with security-first workflows.
• Availability: Ability to work full-time during 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time with potential for flexible hours as the team grows.
