- Contract Duration: 6-months
- Worksite Location: Spokane, WA (Hybrid)
- Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

For details, please review the DAHL Benefits Summary: Customer Experience Representative Job Description: As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be a part of an elite team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the customer’s experience is positive and memorable.
What you’ll do as the Customer Experience Representative: - Provide timely customer service responses
- Follow customer support guidelines as established by the customer experience supervisor
- Answer customer inquiries, and diagnoses and resolve customer issues
- Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, email, chat, or in person
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints
- Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
- Maintain a sound understanding and adherence to the 509 quality policies
- Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are being met and products are being developed in a customer-centric manner
What you’ll bring to the Customer Experience Representative role: - High School diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service or related experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening
- Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem-solving
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- Experienced with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
