We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring that each customer receives a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing accurate information.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer relevant solutions.
• Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excell.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
