TEKsystems is hiring customer service candidates to work 2 weeks ONSITE for training then remote after fully trained. Start date October 1st!

Description

To be considered for this role, candidates must have one year of call center experience. The Customer Service Representatives are the frontline. The Customer Service Representative will handle various tasks, including phone calls (outgoing and incoming calls), general clerical tasks, data entry, processing picture IDs, handling customer requests, and receptionist and administrative support. CSR will be responsible for assisting callers with applying for programs.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center customer service experience
• Excellent computer skills required - ability to type 35WPM +
• Ability to start on October 1st - no exceptions
• Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am - 7:00pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
