Volt is hiring for Customer Service Specialist in Santa Ana, CA for a well-known aerospace company. Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building, managing, and growing the relationships with all departments within our customers facility. Be able explain the sales process and ensure everything runs seamlessly before/after purchase. Customer can directly inquire with the Customer Success Specialist and work with them to resolve pressing issues with ease. Schedule conference calls and Virtual meetings with customers to ensure they receive interpersonal training. Proactively supports all of their orders from receipt of order through shipment. Able to answer question from the customer with conciseness and transparency. This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day The ideal candidate will have: Must have 2+ years with customer service background in manufacturing Good customer service skills Must be able to multi-task, detail orientated and reliable Must be able to read, write and speak English Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pay Rate : $20.25 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
