Job Description
General duties and attributes include but are not limited to the following: • Work closely with customers and government agencies to deliver high level of service to customers. • Daily follow up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with US Customs officers, customers, and foreign origins. • Proficiency with valuation and classification from commercial documentation required • Process entries A to Z for clients • Manage and prioritize a diverse workload of general accounts • Performs other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications: • English and Mandarin/Chinese proficiency preferred • Good time management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to details • Good communication skills / MS Office knowledge • US Customs Brokerage license preferred • Over one-year related experiences
