Our client, a leader in health science, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting various data management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Create and maintain customer and product master data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the team's shared email inbox, responding to inquiries and directing communications appropriately.
• Analyze claims and customer master data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with other teams to support data management processes and claims processing.

What's Needed?

• BS/BA in business, management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Management role.
• Experience with SAP and SAP reporting tools, such as PowerBi.
