Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. You will support key business functions with actionable insights, dashboards, and reports, ensuring data-driven decisions across client-facing and internal operations. What You’ll Do Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Work with internal stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate business questions into analytical queries Provide weekly/monthly reports to support client deliverables and strategic planning Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and QA processes Support ad hoc reporting and analytics projects across departments What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Experience working with large datasets and writing SQL queries Familiarity with workforce solutions, MSP, or staffing industry is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex data in clear, simple terms Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or a related field Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a bonus Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices Why Join Pontoon Solutions?
