We are seeking a passionate, reliable and caring Infant Teacher to join our center in one of the most important roles in the school. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of newborn children as they begin their journey with us. This position requires creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with children aged newborn to 1 1/2 years old.
At our center we have great benefits and a experienced leadership team; our director has been employed with us since we opened and we have owners that work on site. We also employee a Director of Education which is a position designed for teacher, curriculum and school support. Desired skills and Experience: Candidates should possess experience in childcare or education settings such as daycare centers or preschools. Ideal qualifications include:
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and their families.
- A nurturing demeanor that promotes positive interactions with students.
- The ability to manage a classroom of up to 8 children with a fun, loving, positive attitude
- Passionate about Early Childhood Education
- Creative, Collaborative, Engaging and Nurturing
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
