Job Description

We are hiring full-time Delivery Drivers and full-time helpers.

Box Truck Delivery Drivers and Helpers will be responsible for delivering large Amazon packages for Focus Delivery Now LLC.

· Delivery experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Benefits & Scheduling:

· $19.00 - $22.50 / hour (paid bi-weekly)

· 8-10-hour shifts are typical (Shift starts at 9am)

· 4-5 day workweek (40 hours) is typical

· Expect consistent daytime shifts

· A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Successfully handle and deliver packages on time

· Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

· Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction

· Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

· Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

· Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

· Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

· Handheld technology

· Uniforms

· Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment

Qualifications

Requirements:

· Drivers must be at least 21 years old, Helpers must be at least 18 years old.

. Must have clean motor vehicle record.

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (No Marijuana testing required)

· Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

. Successfully handle and deliver packages (up to 75 lbs.-150lbs) in a timely manner.
