AUTOMOTIVE DETAILER

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for cleanliness and presentation, and is passionate about delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our dealership’s reputation for excellence in vehicle appearance. Key Responsibilities: * Clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, polishing, and engine bay cleaning. * Wash vehicles to remove dirt, grease, and grime using cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, and hoses. * Apply protective finishes to ensure long-lasting vehicle shine and cleanliness. * Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify any missed areas for correction. * Perform light cosmetic touch-ups such as buffing and scratch removal. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail bay and supplies. * Operate detailing equipment safely and effectively (buffers, steamers, vacuums, etc.). * Assist with lot and inventory organization when needed. * Follow all company safety procedures and protocols. Qualifications: * Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. * Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality work. * Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. * Able to work in various weather conditions and be physically active throughout the day (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
