Do you consider yourself a digital marketing Jack or Jill of all trades?? Do you feel confident speaking strategically about the different disciplines of digital marketing such as blogging, email marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and more? We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy marketing professional to join our team. This person should have some experience with most digital marketing disciplines and have enough understanding to be able to communicate their value confidently to clients. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Working with Account Managers to continue to provide the best digital marketing strategy and deliverables for clients 
• Carrying out a digital marketing strategy by assisting with SEO, email marketing, content marketing, marketing campaigns, and Google Ads
• Analyzing the success of digital marketing initiatives based on client goals and data 
• Communicating with clients for feedback and approval of assets that support their unique strategy 
• Collaborating with team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time and in line with the scope of the relationship and goals for the client 
• Working on many client projects at once across many different industries
• Staying up to date with the latest tools and trends in digital marketing
• Effectively prioritizing and executing tasks

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business administration, English or other related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with marketing software platforms
• HubSpot Marketing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Understanding of overall digital marketing strategy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members in a remote setting
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and organized individual with a positive attitude
• Ability to operate independently and with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn quickly and grow into more advanced roles that require consistent, client-facing engagement
