We are searching for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our incredible team as Direct Support Professionals/Behavioral Specialists. Each day, our Direct Support Professionals/Behavioral Specialists have the power to change lives. You'll begin by incorporating goals from each client’s individualized treatment plan, fostering essential skills and growth. As part of our team, you will witness and contribute to inspiring milestones, such as enhancing communication and promoting independence in daily activities.

**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, creative approach to problem-solving.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
