This role directs physical security worldwide, manages risk and compliance, and fosters a culture of safety, service, and trust across the organization.**Key Responsibilities*** Serve as senior leader for all security operations.* Oversee global security programs: physical security, incident management, executive protection, threat/risk assessment, and awareness initiatives.* Build a customer-focused security culture that supports employees, visitors, and guests.* Standardize policies, procedures, and response protocols across business units and global offices.* Identify and mitigate security risks while strengthening collaboration with internal stakeholders.* Develop and track metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness of security operations.* Establish and maintain partnerships with law enforcement and emergency management.* Lead incident command and coordinate responses during critical events.* Travel regularly to accompany executives and to conduct site audits.**Qualifications*** 10+ years of progressive corporate security experience; law enforcement or military background a plus.* 8+ years leading teams and engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.* Proven success managing security for multi-location, global organizations.* Strong understanding of compliance requirements and security legislation.* Skilled in risk management, investigation, and crisis leadership under pressure.* Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels.doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
