Develop protocols for emergencies, incidents, and investigations. Create dashboards and reporting metrics via internal QBRs. Emerging Technology: Identify opportunities to leverage AI, IoT, predictive analytics, and cloud-based solutions to enhance operations and threat detection. Stay ahead of trends to keep SPE systems cutting-edge. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Security Management, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 12+ years in physical security technology or related field, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Proven experience designing and managing large-scale security systems in corporate or enterprise environments. Strong technical knowledge of access control systems (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Software House), video surveillance, visitor management, alarm systems, and GSOC support systems. Experience managing global programs and working with diverse teams across geographies. Project management expertise with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Highly organized with strong data tracking and reporting capabilities. Preferred Skills and Experience: PMP, PSP, CPP certifications; experience consolidating physical and logical security systems through integrations and automations; GSOC support model implementation and PSIM development; familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001; awareness of AI, IoT, and cloud security trends.
