Responsibilities

1. Lead MDM and Data Governance initiatives, managing lifecycle phases and teams of 5 to 25 members.
2. Design and implement MDM and data governance strategies, using sector-specific knowledge.
3. Present best practices to business executives on data strategy, governance, and modern architectures.
4. Leverage industry experience across Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, Telecom, and Tech sectors.
5. Deliver industry-specific solutions for Financial Services, focusing on banking, capital markets, risk, and compliance.
6. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance through MDM and governance principles.
7. Build client relationships through data-driven design and review of operating models.
8. Assess and improve MDM maturity, communicating concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Address business challenges via workshops and strategy evaluations.
10. Develop requirements for MDM tools and frameworks, lead technical design, manage risks, and ensure project success.

Qualifications

1. At least eight years of experience in MDM and data governance within a professional services or similar environment.
2. Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field; Master's or MBA preferred.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions and strategies.
4. Experience with MDM tools like Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere; certifications are a plus.
5. Industry certifications such as CDMP, CIMP, DGSP, or DCAM are highly desirable.
6. Strong consulting skills, understanding of business operations, and ability to manage client engagements and communicate with executives.
7. Deep sector-specific experience in MDM and data governance strategies.
8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
9. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and travel as needed.
10. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
