Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement affordable housing strategies​
  • Secure funding and manage grants​
  • Oversee housing project design, construction, and management
  • Collaborate with property management for efficient operations ​
  • Develop and manage program budgets​
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations and grant requirements ​
  • Manage tenant selection and relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as: Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Social Work, Housing/Property Management
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in affordable housing development and management ​
  • Strong strategic planning and financial skills ​
  • Excellent grant writing and compliance knowledge​
  • Effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Commitment to developing and maintaining positive community relationships ​
