We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Director of Marketing to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, attract new clients, and enhance our firm’s reputation. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape our marketing initiatives from the ground up and make a significant impact on the future of our firm. Responsibilities: • Strategic Marketing Planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm's growth goals and mission. • Brand Management : Enhance and maintain the firm's brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials reflect our values and the quality of services we offer. • Digital Marketing : Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising. • Client Acquisition : Develop and implement campaigns aimed at generating leads and attracting new clients, with a focus on digital channels and community outreach. • Content Creation : Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and video content. • Analytics and Reporting : Track the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed based on data insights. Provide regular reports to leadership on KPIs. • Event Planning and Community Engagement : Organize and promote webinars, workshops, and community outreach initiatives to build relationships and drive referrals. • Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. • Between 3 and 6 years of experience in marketing, with 1 to 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in legal marketing or professional services is preferred. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. • Excellent communication and content creation skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, small-team environment. • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
