Job Title: Director of Project Management, Logistics Operations
Pay: $90k - $125k base salary DOE
Duration: Direct/Permanent Hire
Job Description: seeking a Director of Project Management to drive the execution of critical projects and ensure operational efficiency across the organization. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating logistics, and working closely with internal teams, customers, and third-party contractors to facilitate seamless deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deal Execution and Project Management: Oversee the execution of deals and manage various projects, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party contractors to ensure smooth execution and logistics.
*Contract Bid and Proposal Management: Manage bid and contract proposals, including vendor negotiations, reviews, and final agreements.
*Cross-Functional Coordination: Identify, document, and communicate project progress or roadblocks to all stakeholders.
*Scaling Operations: Support the development of standards and procedures, focusing on streamlining logistics, improving cross-functional communication, reducing freight cost, and developing partnerships with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
*Third-Party Contractor and Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party contractors and service providers to support business operations, ensuring quality service. Manage existing and qualify new vendors to expand the company's capabilities.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
*5+ years of experience in project management, logistics, supply chain management or relevant field
*International freight forwarding or logistics exposure is preferred but not required
*Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a demanding environment
