Responsibilities for Director of Project Management include: Joint ownership of the financial growth and profitability of the Practice with the leadership team, including understanding and driving KPIs such as Sales, Revenue, and Profitability. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Low-Voltage Project Management, providing coaching and direction to meet project requirements and organizational objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Coach, train, and inspire the project management team through feedback, training, and performance management. Review project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure delivery excellence and profitability. Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders. Monitor large project performance, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and customer experience. Ensure safety standards are met and promote a Safety-First culture. Qualifications for Director of Project Management include: 10+ years of leadership experience managing Project and Program Managers, with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related fields. PMI PMP or similar certification preferred. Operational experience in delivering large-scale, commercial infrastructure projects. Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Key competencies include conflict management, negotiation, customer focus, problem-solving, and decision-making. Compensation for Director of Project Management includes: Salary Range: $155,000 to $165,000 depending on experience.
