The Director, Talent Management will lead the development and execution of the company’s talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employer Branding, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Retention. This is a highly visible and hands-on role that works closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent to support operational performance and business growth. This leader will partner with Operations, People Business Partners, and senior leadership to drive scalable, people-first talent programs that build leadership capability, enhance engagement, and strengthen the internal talent pipeline. Responsibilities include leading Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning, elevating employer brand, designing leadership development programs, managing performance and succession planning, driving employee retention and engagement, and using talent analytics to inform decisions. The role requires 7–10 years of experience in Talent Management or HR leadership, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or other high-volume industries, strong stakeholder management skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
