Salary: $14.00

The Domestic Violence Survivor Advocate will provide immediate crisis intervention, safety planning, support, information, and referrals to survivors of domestic violence through the RCCAC Domestic Violence Assistance Program, both on the agencys crisis hotline and on-site at the RCCAC office and/or shelter. We are looking for individuals who are available nights and weekends.

Education/Experience:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
2. Associates Degree in a related field (preferred)
3. One years experience working with victims of domestic violence is preferred.
4. Experience working with trauma survivors preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.

Physical/Employment Requirements:

1. Pass pre-employment screenings.
2. Ability to lift up to 40lbs, stand, sit, and
3. Must have reliable transportation, and insurable under agency insurance policy.
