Job Description

Requirements

Qualified applicants MUST have experience in the following trades: Painting and Drywall (Mud/Tape/Texture)
Residential & Commercial painting experience preferred
Experienced with both interior & exterior painting
Possession of basic hand tools and power tools
Comfortable with heights
Able to work in non-conventional environments ( outdoor work conditions, buildings, roof tops, duct work, scaffolding, etc. )
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Must be dependable and reliable
Able and willing to work a flexible schedule
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Must have a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check

Job Duties

Ability to install and repair drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing
Ability to mask and prep
Filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty plaster
Painting surfaces using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers
Maintain a clean and presentable working environment at all times
All other duties as assigned

Pay-scale: Depends on Experience

Private & Public Sector (prevailing wage) work available
