Salary: $60,405.80- $85,810.00
The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for leading the day-to-day listings and support the operations of ecommerce marketing initiatives for Northeast Shared Services and it’s affiliated operating companies. This position is an integral part of the e-commerce marketing team and works closely with marketing, operations, merchandising, and customer affairs to ensure consistent user experiences, reporting and analytics. The E-Commerce Coordinator will assist in maintaining the user experience and critical reporting across all ecommerce experiences.
Coordinate the listings management of all items across all ecommerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate weekly updates.
Constantly watching all aspects of ecommerce catalog health: assortment, pricing, promotions, & descriptions; and working with appropriate team to constantly improve
Coordinate with own brands teams to ensure all images and listings are updated.
Assistant liaison to ecommerce site managing partners (Instacart, DoorDash, and others).
Support the Ecommerce Specialist with maintaining store ecommerce equipment needs, and in-store training for existing and future ecommerce partnership rollouts.
Backup point of contact for Store Operations teams.
Provide solutions to optimize ecommerce content, attract new users, and improve consumer experience that results in loyal shoppers.
Assist as directed to maintain in-store signage and other needs in collaboration with design teams and managers at the store level (i.e. staging areas, pickup areas, parking lots).
Assist with promoting websites and apps to target consumers and industry partners by deploying digital ad activations and other sales drivers that optimize conversion.
Point of contact for ecommerce consumers' feedback regarding product integrity and pickup or delivery experiences.
Assist the team that maintains website assets in collaboration with merchandising and design teams. Develop subject matter expertise on catalog functionality.
Collaborate with internal analysts and other appropriate teams in the development of effective product integrity reporting process, which includes trends and alerts.
Collaborate with marketing team to execute and track campaigns across ecommerce platforms.
Assist with security and data protection protocols with IT to protect consumer data.
Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities to improve the shopper experience across our ecommerce channels.
