Company Overview:
Hampden Clothing is a high-end, internationally recognized women's fashion brand known for its quality and style. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient eCommerce Orders Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Summary
Supports the E-Commerce Department. You will fulfill all outgoing online orders from the Hampden website and from Shop Bazaar. The Ecomm Orders Assistant must ensure orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for the DC according to Hampden's impeccability standards.
Key Accountability:
1. Order Processing
a. Pull inventory from the floor immediately after online orders come through
b. Prepare and process orders including making labels in Shipstation, preparing orders for DC, checking the orders for damages
c. Coordinate delivery of local delivery orders and in-store pickup orders
2. Online Customer Service
a. Troubleshoot order errors and lost packages
b. Answer all orders emails, phone calls, and texts immediately
This position is every Saturday and 1 to 2 other weekdays! This is perfect for someone who is looking for a part-time position in high-end fashion.
