New Vision International, Inc., the parent company of Westin Furniture, is an industry-leading provider of indoor and outdoor patio furniture. With over 20 years of experience, our products are featured in specialty stores, department stores, home centers, and across major online retail platforms. We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee our Walmart and Shopify marketplace channels, with a focus on expanding into additional sales channels to support our continued growth. Our brand is centered on stylish and decorative furniture that enhances any space. 

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an online business plan.
• Maintain product catalog.
• Manage and create product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platform to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Responsible for content writing of item descriptions.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to third-party marketplace platforms such as Walmart and Shopify Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller on all third-party marketplace platforms.
• Define and manage multiple marketplace channel pricing to minimize price conflict.
• Plan and organize an ongoing sales strategy derived from the defined revenue and profit targets; review and evaluate performance periodically and make adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate and provide inventory forecast to ensure appropriate inventory level allocation through multiple channels.
• Social media and email marketing.
• Web maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Preferred Attributes:

 

• 2 year of marketplace management experience on Walmart and Shopify is a plus , preferably in Outdoor Furniture or Furniture.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, required.
• Goal-oriented and success-driven.
• Highly self-motivated with a will to learn and train.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiar with Pay-Per-Click marketing.
• Familiar with WFS Shipments
• Demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
• Understanding of branding and product listing on marketplaces.
