We are growing...come and grow with us! We have a dynamic opportunity for an EKG Rhythm Analysis Technician to join our team. The EKG Rhythm Analysis Technician position is a vital role for ARTELLA Solutions for monitoring patients on live EKG telemetry. The qualified candidate will be responsible for accurate EKG rhythm interpretation and functions in a timely manner, supporting Artella Solution's goals of delivering fast and accurate live EKG telemetry data to our physicians. As a 24/7 facility scheduling is crucial to facilitate coverage and patient monitoring. We have day and night shifts available.

Job Description:

• Process, analyze, interpret, and edit EKG data utilizing ARTELLA quality analysis tools in the time frame required.
• Notify physicians regarding patient's EKG data based on the physician's notification requirements.
• Call patients to assess symptoms on urgent and symptomatic rhythms.
• Fax /email reports to practices and hospitals per request.
• Assist patients with supply orders, education and troubleshooting of devices.
• Constant communication with internal and external customers.
• Represent Artella in a professional manner when speaking with clients.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent.
• Prior experience a plus, but not required.
• EKG Certification.
• Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT), Preferred or obtained within 6 months of date of hire.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work with limited to no supervision.
• Must inform the supervisor verbally and by email if calling in sick at least 2hrs before start of shift.
• Required to work on weekends and holidays.
• Required to attend in-person staff meetings.
• Must get prior approval to change schedule.
