Overview Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist. This position will support digital communications. The Email Marketing Specialist will need to be proficient in marketing email communication platforms. Specific responsibilities include functional use of email communication platforms, list segmentation, email testing and deployment, quality control, metrics gathering and monitoring. Responsibilities Responsible for supporting digital communications and managing email marketing activities using various platforms. Specific duties include: Functional use of email communication platforms List segmentation Email testing and deployment Quality control Metrics gathering and monitoring Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field (Digital Media, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, etc.) strongly preferred At least 1-2 years relevant experience required: executing email communications Demonstrated discipline in one or more: HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign, Watson Campaign Automation, Silverpop, Acoustic or Salesforce/ExactTarget Demonstrated experience in project management Basic knowledge and experience with HTML Preferred Qualifications Ability to multitask and maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow critical business processes to ensure quality and timely execution of initiatives Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of internal clients and demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for their business A talent for creative thinking and problem solving Experience and knowledge with a variety of direct communication channels such as email, SMS/text and online self-service interactions Pay and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
