Encompass Systems Administrator II (BU Systems Administrator II) The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $41.79 - $62.68 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing We seek a highly skilled and experienced ICE Encompass System Administrator to manage and maintain our loan origination system (LOS) platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience for our mortgage lending team. This role will involve configuring system settings, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows within the Encompass platform Provide assistance for support cases escalated by BU Systems Administrator. Configure and maintain ICE Encompass system settings, including user profiles, security roles, and data fields. Maintain configuration standards and operating procedures. Coordinate with vendors for technical support and upgrades. Submit and fulfill service requests. Respond to incidents and problems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues related to Encompass functionality. Conduct after-hours maintenance. Manage data integrity by performing regular data audits and cleansing activities. Implement system updates and upgrades, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations. Collaborate with real estate leaders and other departments to identify and implement process improvements within Encompass. Provide technical support to users on Encompass functionality, addressing inquiries and resolving system-related issues. Provide first tier support at administrator level to including investigation and troubleshooting. Perform regular systems hardening to maintain security standards. Additional Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements, including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
