Position Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and activities designed to enrich the lives of our residents. This role combines event planning with a strong focus on community engagement and collaboration with the hospitality team to ensure seamless execution of catered events and specialty programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the Events Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.

While performing the duties of this Job, the Team Member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The Team Member is frequently required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Team Member is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance. The Team Member must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60-70 pounds. Must be able to be on his/her feet 2-6 hours a day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
