Axiom is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, international fintech seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive enterprise sales, expand key partnerships, and lead strategic revenue growth initiatives.

This high-impact role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with deep expertise in payments, lending, or embedded finance , who can engage C-suite stakeholders, close complex deals, and shape long-term commercial strategies.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales , you will take ownership of enterprise sales strategy , managing high-value accounts and driving revenue through innovative fintech solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client success.

• Lead enterprise sales efforts , managing full sales cycles and negotiating large-scale deals.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders , influencing strategic direction and securing long-term partnerships.
• Shape and execute the enterprise sales strategy across key markets.
• Drive new business development , identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Stay ahead of market trends , leveraging competitive insights to inform strategy.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with a track record of closing high-value deals and developing strategic relationships in fintech, banking, or payments.

• Extensive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
• Strong background in financial services , particularly in payments, lending, or embedded finance.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles , including large commercial and legal negotiations.
• Experience working with procurement, legal, and executive teams.
• A track record of exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to travel as needed for key client engagements and industry events.
