This is a short term engagement with a maximum duration of six months. The first four months will consist of paid on-the-job training. The goal is to be eligible for promotion on or before the 6 month engagement end date. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Math, or Science field. We will accept 4 years of professional in-office work experience in lieu of a degree. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, to deliver quality, and to be flexible regarding possible technical and operational solutions, approaches, and strategies. This role will be 60% technical growth and 40% office administration. For this role, you should be able to work efficiently, communicate effectively, and be obsessed with high quality deliverables that meet assigned timeframes.
