Entry Level Concrete Floor Installer to join our growing team! We are looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic. Prior experience in painting, construction, or coatings is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces by scouring floors, repairing damage, and removing old coatings
- Operate construction equipment such as grinders, shop vacs, floor polishers, and hand tools
- Mix, match, and apply coating systems and finishes to concrete floors
- Provide decorative and faux finishes as required by the project
- Handle planning and prep work efficiently
- Measure and calculate the amounts of materials and time required for each project
- Tape off areas as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the application process
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications: - Must be dependable, on-time, and hardworking
- Painting or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to pass a criminal/motor vehicle background check
- Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
- Ability to travel to job sites in NH & Northwest Boston Metro (no overnight travel)
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8-12 hours a day and lift at least 50 lbs
- Experience with shop vacs, generators, angle grinders, floor grinders, and painting tools is a plus

Work Schedule: - Full-time and part-time positions available
- 8-12 hour shifts
- Part time work available during the off season
