Entry Level Personal Assistant

SalesBizLab is seeking an energetic and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, as they will be responsible for helping to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and provide support on various projects.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range: $17.50 - $28.00 hourly

This will be an on-site job

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and respond on behalf of executives when required.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to information.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Conduct research and compile information for various projects and tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
