This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals seeking to kickstart their career in project management. As the Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring timelines are adhered to.
• Support project managers in the preparation and management of project documentation.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Organize and maintain project files, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Help track project milestones and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items for follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interactions with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges.
