Always Best Care Senior Services - Torrance, CA is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruitment tactics, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to attract potential candidates
• Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in our recruitment database
