A leading commercial construction firm is looking for an Estimator who can step in immediately and deliver accurate, timely, and strategic cost assessments. This is a temp-to-hire role covering a leave of absence, with the potential to convert for the right performer. What You’ll Do
Develop detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Forecast project timelines and resource needs
Support contractors in building competitive, profitable bids
Assist in securing awarded projects through precise estimating and analysis
Review and validate documents: analysis reports, purchase orders, subcontracts
Prepare ongoing estimate updates and cost evaluations
Collect, organize, and file project-related financial documentation
Gather critical data to support accurate project cost modeling

What You Bring
5–7 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
Strong professional presence and polished communication style
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High-level computer proficiency
Bachelor’s degree preferred
