PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator in Carlsbad, Ca. This is a great Direct Hire Opportunity!

Position: Project Manager/ Estimator
Pay Rate: $85K-$90K
Hours: 1st Shift
Location: Carlsbad, Ca

Project Manager/ Estimator Responsibilities:

• Oversee the estimating process for our painting and waterproofing projects from start to finish
• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure adherence to budget constraints
• Provide guidance on pricing strategies and value engineering opportunities

Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction estimating, cost control, and project management
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of contract terms and conditions
