TRS Craft Services is immediately seeking Event Installers for our client, an international provider of high-quality event services and structures. This is a permanent position. Scope of Work: Safely and efficiently perform duties as assigned within designated work area. Reference and adhere to schedule/start times as required on operations schedule Consult with Site Manager about scope of work Help maintain a safe and clean job site Assist in assembly and dismantling at designated job sites while adhering to company standards Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and other material handling equipment to load and unload material at the event site Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documentation in a time frames required by management Follow and comply with all safety and company regulations, while maintaining site standards Basic Knowledge of P7 (AS120), frame tents and Uniflex (AS200) structures Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary from time to time. Education and/or Experience High School Diploma/GED or relevant work experience preferred Previous experience as a general laborer Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one setting or within a group atmosphere to other employees of the organization. Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required. Other Qualifications Hold valid driver’s license- preferred Hold or ability to obtain forklift certification for class 1-5 per OSHA classifications. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. TRS Craft Services está buscando Instaladores de Eventos para nuestro cliente, un proveedor internacional de servicios y estructuras de eventos de alta calidad. Esta es una posición permanente . Alcance del trabajo: Realizar tareas asignadas de manera segura y eficiente dentro del área de trabajo designada. Consultar y cumplir con el horario de operaciones según lo requerido. Coordinar con el Gerente de Sitio sobre el alcance del trabajo. Ayudar a mantener un sitio de trabajo limpio y seguro. Asistir en el montaje y desmontaje en los sitios de trabajo designados, cumpliendo con los estándares de la empresa. Utilizar carretillas manuales, montacargas, grúas y otros equipos de manejo de materiales para cargar y descargar en el sitio del evento. Completar y mantener toda la documentación requerida dentro de los plazos establecidos por la gerencia. Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y regulaciones de la empresa, manteniendo los estándares del sitio. Conocimiento básico de estructuras P7 (AS120), carpas tipo marco y estructuras Uniflex (AS200). Se pueden asignar otras tareas y responsabilidades según sea necesario. REQUISITOS Para desempeñar este trabajo con éxito, el candidato debe poder realizar cada tarea esencial de manera satisfactoria. Los requisitos que se enumeran a continuación representan el conocimiento, habilidad y/o capacidad necesarios. Se pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para permitir que personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales. Educación y/o experiencia: Se prefiere diploma de secundaria/GED o experiencia laboral relevante. Experiencia previa como trabajador general. Idiomas: Capacidad para leer y comprender instrucciones simples, correspondencia corta y memorandos. Capacidad para presentar información de manera efectiva en reuniones individuales o grupales con otros empleados de la organización. Se prefiere ser bilingüe en español, pero no es obligatorio. Otras calificaciones: Licencia de conducir válida – preferido. Certificación de montacargas clase 1-5 según clasificación OSHA – preferido o con capacidad de obtenerla. Capacidad para aplicar el sentido común y seguir instrucciones escritas, verbales o en forma de diagramas. Disponibilidad para viajar por períodos prolongados con poco aviso. Demandas físicas: Se requiere estar de pie regularmente y usar las manos para manipular objetos, herramientas o controles. Ocasionalmente se requiere caminar, sentarse, alcanzar objetos por encima de los hombros, subir o equilibrarse, agacharse, arrodillarse, agacharse o gatear, hablar o escuchar, y usar los pies para operar maquinaria. Levantar y/o mover regularmente hasta 75 libras. Trabajar en todas las condiciones climáticas. Ocasionalmente se requiere trabajar en turnos no tradicionales; comienzos tempranos o tardíos y posible trabajo nocturno. Ambiente laboral: Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
