Job Description



TalentBridge Solutions is seeking motivated and dependable Event Staff to support the planning and execution of high-quality events in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, take pride in delivering excellent service, and are eager to contribute to memorable event experiences. As part of our event team, you will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly from setup to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations

  • Support event coordinators and team leads during live events

  • Ensure venues are organized, safe, and presentable

  • Interact professionally with guests, vendors, and team members

  • Follow event schedules, guidelines, and operational procedures

  • Address basic event needs and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to adapt to changing event needs and schedules

  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
