Job Description

Our client, a respected and mission-driven nonprofit ,is looking for a resourceful, highly organized Executive Assistant to support its President/CEO. This role is pivotal in helping the organization run smoothly at the highest level. The Executive Assistant will be a true right hand to the CEO-managing day-to-day operations, anticipating needs, coordinating priorities, and ensuring the CEO is fully prepared to lead and make key decisions. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of strategic activity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the CEO's complex calendar, travel, and meeting logistics
• Preparing reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the CEO
• Acting as liaison with internal/external stakeholders with professionalism and confidentiality
• Providing high-level administrative support with precision and discretion
• Anticipating needs and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience supporting C-level executives
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent judgment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
